Food prep last night for my 21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge starting today! Baked boneless, skinless chicken breast – I cooked up about 5 pounds and prepackaged single servings based on my 21 Day Fix Container system. The red container is for Protein, after measuring out a containers worth I transferred it to a ziplock bag to store in fridge. 1 Red Container = ~ 4 oz or just a tad over 110 g of chicken. My individual eating plan allows me a total of 6 Red Containers a day – this prep works makes it a snap!
